01 Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Enter your address during checkout to see whether shipping is available to your location and what it costs.
02 How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order and normally takes 2–5 business days to produce.
- United States: 3–10 business days total
- Europe: 3–10 business days total
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days total
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days total
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the fulfilment facility and the shipping carrier.
03 What is the quality like?
Our shirts are professionally printed using durable materials and printing methods designed for regular wear. To help your shirt and print last longer, wash it inside out on a cold cycle and avoid tumble-drying the printed design.
04 What size would fit me best?
You can find a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own.
Our standard tees have a regular, relaxed fit. Our baby tees are fitted and cropped. If you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will help you choose.
05 How do standard tees and baby tees differ?
06 Can I return my order?
Every item is made to order to reduce unnecessary waste. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or colour, changed your mind or decided the item does not suit you.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, stained or incorrectly printed, email sloppysendstees@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the problem.
